Before getting enrolled in Tier One Academy, participants must carefully read the following “Term and Conditions”:

 

Tier One Sports Group Ltd are insured. However by enrolling your child in Tier One Academy class, you do so at your own risk and Tier One Sports Group Ltd, it’s owners, employees and coaches will not be liable for personal injury or loss of property during any of our sessions.

Payment Policy:

Payments must be received in full prior to, or on the first day of term, in the form of bank transfer or a cheque made payable to Tier One Sports Group Ltd, If you join the term late the payment will be pro-rated. Our term length varies from venue to venue, and term to term. Please note we do not accept cash payments and payments at training locations. Payments received after the first day of each term/program will be assessed a $250 late fee.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer any refunds. If a session is missed/cancelled for whatever reason, we will offer you a credit for this class. You can use the credit to attend another class within the current term or it can be used against the next term payment.

Make-up Policy:

If your child is unable to attend class for any reason we require 12 hours notice via email or phone. At Tier One Academy operated venues two make-up classes can be arranged per term – a list of alternative days/times will be provided upon request, and these may not be at the same venue as the original class. Make up classes are valid for any other age and skill appropriate Tier One Academy training program, with the exception of invitation only programs and privately run venues and programs. All make-up classes must be applied within the same term, and cannot be carried over.

Class Cancellation - Weather: 

All courses, activities, venues and arrangements are subject to change according to weather, programming and a satisfactory level of numbers. We reserve the right to cancel any courses and/or to change any information given, should this be necessary for any reason.

All classes will automatically be cancelled in the event a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal no. 8 is raised. In the case of moderate to heavy rain we will inform 2 hours prior to class if a session will be cancelled via SMS or email. Participants will receive a make-up class per term in these cases.

Class Policy:

Please arrive on time to your class to enjoy the maximum benefit, also arriving late may disrupt the class for the coach and the rest of the children. In the event you are collecting your child at one of our classes please be on time as Tier One Academy coaches are not responsible for your child outside of class time. Children must wear their full Tier One Academy uniform at our classes.  ​

 

We treat as a priority the safety and wellbeing of all kids attending our courses. We, therefore, reserve the right to remove from our sessions/activities without refund, any kid or parent/guardian found bullying, misbehaving or generally being disruptive.

 

Uniform Policy:

It is the responsibility of all parents/guardians to ensure their children are dressed in proper sports attire for each class. You will receive a Tier One Academy Uniform upon registering for our classes and everyone should wear the Tier One Academy uniform at all our classes. Sports shoes with socks are also required.
