Tier One is a basketball organization created to provide the highest level of basketball training, coaching and character development. Tier One Basketball designs and implements youth basketball programs with high standards that will help players win on the court and in life.

PRINCIPLES OF TIER ONE
Tier One Team
Dwayne Kirkley
Dwayne is a native Washington D.C.. He went on to play college basketball at Western Washington University. After college, he played professionally in Australia, Germany, Japan, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
For the past 15 years, Dwayne has been dedicated to sharing his knowledge of the game, coaching thousands of players with Nike Japan, Jr. NBA Indonesia, and extensively all around Hong Kong.
Dwayne is a certified Jr. NBA Coach. His high-level basketball experience gives him a unique outlook on the game and his love and passion for the game allows him to motivate and improve each player he trains.
