Prime Program (ages 8-15)
Our prime level is our intermediate program for ages 8 - 15. This program aims to develop muscle memory through practice and repetition of a variety of exercises to develop new skills into natural habits, all whilst seeking to progressively increase the intensity of each training session. This program seeks to refine previously learned skills, introduce more complex skills, and present technical and tactical elements of basketball so that players can better understand different game situations. The prime group is the optimal time for the development of maximum speed, acceleration, explosive strength, coordination skills and refinement of basketball fundamentals exploring more intermediate skills and drills.
